Bio
Kevin Hiscock is a board-certified radiology practitioner assistant (RPA) and radiologic technologist (RT) with Orlando Health Medical Group Radiology. Under the supervision of the radiologist, he performs procedures including:
- Computed tomography
- Magnetic resonance imaging
- X-rays
- Ultrasound
- Sonogram
- Fluoroscopic imaging studies
- Image-guided biopsies and drainages
- Paracentesis
- Thoracentesis
- Lumbar punctures
- Arthrograms
Kevin believes in creating an atmosphere that supports strong relationships between the patient and provider that emphasizes the individual’s autonomy in making healthcare decisions. He prides himself on continually updating his knowledge and skills.
Kevin’s Training
Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree in radiologic sciences at AdventHealth University in Orlando, graduating summa cum laude, and a bachelor’s degree in advanced radiologic sciences at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. He received his master’s in health sciences (MHSc) from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania.
About Kevin
Kevin is board certified as a radiology practitioner assistant and radiologic technologist by the Certification Board of Radiology Practitioner Assistants and as a registered radiologist assistant by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Kevin is certified in vascular technology, OB/GYN, abdomen and adult echocardiography by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active in his church, visiting the beach and cycling.
