Kristin E. Clemons, MD, is a physician with Orlando Health Neuroscience and Rehabilitation Institute – Rehabilitation Medicine Group. Dr. Clemons specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation, also known as physiatry, and is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in both adult and pediatric rehabilitation.

For each patient in her care, Dr. Clemons develops a personalized treatment plan with the goal of restoring as much functional ability as possible and enhancing quality of life. From children to seniors, she treats patients with impairments or disabilities of the brain, spinal cord and nerves, including multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, burn care and more.

Dr. Clemons earned her medical degree from American University of the Caribbean in Plymouth, Montserrat, and a bachelor’s degree in English from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Ravenswood Hospital in Chicago and a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center, also in Chicago.

She is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Medical Association, Florida Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Florida Medical Association, and American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine. Dr. Clemons is fluent in both English and German.
