Lourdes Prince, DNP, CNM, APRN is a certified nurse midwife and advanced practice registered nurse with Orlando Health Physicians Group. She provides inpatient care at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies and outpatient care to high risk women at the Center for Maternal Fetal Medicine.
Dr. Prince serves as adjunct professor for the University of Central Florida Medical School and for various graduate nursing programs. She helped launch the collaborative practice between maternal fetal medicine physicians and certified nurse midwives at the Orlando Health Center for Maternal Fetal Medicine.
Dr. Prince graduated with her doctorate in nursing practice (DNP) in and master’s of science in nursing from the University of Florida in Gainesville. She is certified as a nurse midwife (CNM) by the American Midwifery Certification Board and licensed as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) by the Florida Board of Nursing.
Dr. Prince is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
