Natalie Lam is a certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) at Orlando Health Medical Group FHV Health, providing rapid care for patients with acute illnesses and injuries.
She joined Orlando Health in 2015 and worked as a registered nurse on the Orthopedic Trauma Unit. After becoming a nurse practitioner, Natalie worked at a walk-in clinic in Lake County. She has expertise in:
- Providing direct patient care, including pre- and post-surgical, wound and trauma
- Developing patient-centered treatment plans
- Working with interdisciplinary teams
- Performing physical exams
- Ordering and interpreting lab tests
- Laceration repairs
Natalie also is an advanced practice registered nurse and is licensed in Florida as an APRN and a registered nurse.
Natalie’s Training
She earned her Master of Science in nursing (MSN) – family nurse practitioner from Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky. Natalie received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Remington College of Nursing in Lake Mary, Florida, and a bachelor’s degree in applied physiology and kinesiology from the University of Florida in Gainesville.

Natalie is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Outside of work, Natalie plays competitive co-ed flag football and enjoys hanging out with her dog and going to theme parks. She has completed 13 half-marathons and is a medical volunteer at theme-park racing events and the Special Olympics, where she provides medical care to athletes from around the world.
