Dr. Dross’ Training
Dr. Dross earned his medical degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, and performed his fellowship in neuroradiology at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville.
About Dr. Dross
Dr. Dross is certified in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Radiology and has served on its Economics Committee on Body Imaging and the ACR Foundation International Outreach Committee.
In 2016, Dr. Dross received the ACR Foundation’s Global Humanitarian Award for his work with the nonprofit organization Serving at the Crossroads. He helped build and support a medical and dental center in Honduras, where he initiated medical imaging services.
Dr. Dross has co-authored numerous publications across a wide variety of topics including radiology for developing countries, sinking skin flap syndrome, small cell lung carcinoma and Rocky Mountain spotted fever encephalitis.
