Rebecca earned a bachelor of science degree in dietetics from the University of Texas at Austin, where she was the recipient of the C.J. Davidson Human Ecology Departmental Scholarship.
Rebecca has presented at several conferences on nutrition in cancer prevention, as well as broader nutrition topics. She is a former professional ballet dancer and has served as a volunteer dietitian for the Orlando Ballet.
