Robin L. Rahm, MD, FACS is an experienced board certified surgeon with Orlando Health Cancer Institute who has limited her surgical practice to breast cancer surgery for the past 20 years. She works with patients to create a personalized treatment plan and provide the latest, evidence based approach for each patient’s specific type and stage of cancer.
Dr. Rahm earned her medical degree from Wake Forest University’s Bowman Gray School of Medicine as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society and her bachelor’s of science degree from King College in Bristol, Tennessee, graduating summa cum laude. She completed her residency in general surgery at Albany Medical Center Hospital in Albany, New York.
Dr. Rahm is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She obtained additional continuing education and training in breast ultrasound and image guided breast biopsy procedures and in 2004 was certified in breast ultrasound by the American Society of Breast Surgeons. She continues participation in the Mastery of Breast Surgery program offered by the American Society of Breast Surgeons.
