Dr. Rumi Ahmed Khan joined Orlando Health on February 2010 after working as a Faculty Pulmonologist and Intensivist and Assistant professor at Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Khan did his fellowship at Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit, MI and served as chief fellow. He won several nationally acclaimed research awards during his fellowship. Before fellowship, Dr Khan completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine/ NYHHC- QHC program. Dr. Khan earned his medical degree from University of Chittagong, Bangladesh in January 1993. Dr. Khan has special interest and academic experience in Pulmonary subspecialties of Pulmonary Hypertension, Interstitial Lung Disease, Diffuse Pulmonary Disease, Lung Nodules as well as general Pulmonology.
