Sumith Aleti, MD, MPH, FACC, is a cardiologist with theOrlando Health Heart Institute Cardiology Group. He isboard certified in cardiology, interventional cardiology,echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. He also is aregistered physician in vascular ultrasound interpretation (RPVI).

Dr. Aleti earned his medical degree from Osmania MedicalCollege in Hyderabad, India followed by a master of publichealth at East Tennessee University. He completed both amedical residency and general cardiology fellowship atUniversity of Arkansas for Medical Science. Dr. Aleti wenton to complete a fellowship in interventional cardiology atBaystate Medical Center/Tufts University School of
Medicine in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Before joining Orlando Health, Dr. Aleti practiced three years at First Coast Cardiovascular Institute in Jacksonville,Florida, as well as one year at Heart & Vascular Institute ofWinchester, Virginia.

Dr. Aleti has been published in the American Journal ofCardiology, Journal of Invasive Cardiology, Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions journal, and has presented at numerous medical conferences. In addition,he co-published a book chapter on mitral and aorticballoon valvotomy. Dr. Aleti is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions, shown above, from our nationally-recognized Press-Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
