Valeria Vega is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with Orlando Health Medical Group Behavioral Health. She provides outpatient services for individuals struggling with life issues. Valeria’s expertise includes:
When appropriate, she uses evidence-based interventions such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients reprocess traumatic events.
Valeria has cared for patients in Central Florida since 2015, and her goal is to create rapport with clients and build a safe therapeutic relationship.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida in Orlando and a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in Orlando.
She is fluent in English and Spanish.
