Clinical research has produced more than 10 new medications for MS in the last 20 years and will continue to provide us new treatment approaches to manage the disease. We believe strongly that all of our treatment approaches be based in sound clinical research and use evidence-based practice to guide our treatment for each and every one of our patients. We discuss clinical research studies that have been completed or are in process, so that you have all of the knowledge to make informed decisions about your care.

If you are interested in clinical research studies, either for your own knowledge regarding the effectiveness of certain medications or to participate in a clinical study, please talk to your neurologist.
