Introduction to Mindfulness for Stress Management Program
This program is a therapeutic combination of mindfulness meditation and education. Eight 1-hour sessions will help you manage stress and anxiety to improve your quality of life and become an active participant in your own recovery.
Sessions are held virtually on Tuesdays at 1 pm.
