Our hours have not changed. We remain open from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday and Friday from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm.
You can find free self-parking in Garage B, which is across from Orlando Health Winnie Palmer. Valet parking by the main entrance also is available.
For the safety of our patients and visitors, all guests will pass through security at entry. To ensure a smooth experience, please bring your ID.
Please check in with Guest Services on the first floor of Orlando Health Winnie Palmer to receive a badge for entry. A team member will direct you to the practice entrance.
When you arrive, you will see wheelchairs that are available in the lobby.
When you come for your appointment, you may be accompanied by two guests. One guest may remain with you during your outpatient visit.
There is a full cafeteria on the first floor, which includes a salad bar, sandwich station, grab ‘n’ go section and several make-to-order hot food options.
Our gift shop, on the first floor across from the café, features women's spa products, women's wear, greeting cards, fresh flowers, balloons, candy, plush animals, magazines and assorted giftware.
