Team Member Advisory Council Applications Open
Are you a non-management team member who would like to learn about Orlando
Health programs, and share feedback and input? Apply to be a member of the Team
Member Advisory Council!
The Team Member Advisory Council is a
standing, once-a-month sounding board for organizational topics affecting team
members. Council members serve as a positive liaison to their respective
departments/units, sharing suggestions and making recommendations on new
programs and initiatives.
During the current council session, members
provided input on the design of the newly updated Applause Central, reviewed
monthly Champion nominations, visited the Hubbard House and learned about
several Orlando Health programs and services.
Team members working in
non-management positions, both clinical and non-clinical from throughout the
organization are invited to apply. Applicants must be full-time, variable-full
time or part-time job status and in good standing in the organization.
Applicants should have least six months experience at Orlando Health before
applying for the council. Knowledge of Orlando Health and its culture prepares
team members for their role in providing input on organization-specific programs
and topics.
Applicants will be required to submit an application to
their manager for approval. Managers will then be asked to submit their approval
to [email protected] by
following the prompts on the automated form. Approximately 35 team members will
be selected to serve on the council for one year, from May 2017 – April 2018.
Applications must be submitted by March 24. Visit SWIFT to access the application!
