Objective
The primary objective of the trial is to establish the effectiveness of Intra-arterial Therapy versus medical management in patients with moderate-large infarcts.

Key Eligibility
Patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS) from large vessel occlusion (LVO) in the anterior circulation and who have a moderate-large pre-treatment infarct volume 2-5.
