Objective
The purpose of this pilot study is to examine the feasibility of using virtual visits and diagnostic scan based planning (DSBP) to improve the efficiency of palliative radiation therapy.

Key Eligibility
Inclusion Criteria
Histologically or cytologically documented metastatic cancer to the spine, pelvis or femur.
Patient has a CT-scan or PET-Scan from an American College of Radiology accredited facility within 90 days of virtual visit of the area to be treated.
Patients not receiving concurrent chemotherapy
Exclusion Criteria
Prior radiotherapy to the area requiring palliative radiation.
Pregnancy.
