Objective
The Primary aim of this project is to quantify the daily setup variations for specific cohorts of proton therapy patients through 2D and 3D imaging analysis and determine the overall impact of various patient-related variables on their dosimetric plan.

Key Eligibility
Patients must have received proton therapy. Patient’s treatment plans (protons, IMRT, or both), delivery parameters, results of QA tasks, image data sets, daily imaging alignments data results must be available.
