Our orthopedic doctors and sports medicine specialists will use the latest technology to assess, diagnose and treat your scaphoid injury, ensuring that you can heal completely and quickly as possible.
To diagnose the extent of injury to your wrist, we may take X-rays or an MRI. Then we may stabilize your bones with a splint or cast. For a more complicated fracture, our orthopedic surgeons may insert wires, screws or a bone graft to set your bones and stimulate your healing. We may take periodic X-rays or CT scans to confirm your bone is healing properly.
