Orlando Health is a proud supporter of the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce and is the presenting sponsor of the Winter Park Executive Women Luncheon Series for the second year in a row.

As a women-only solutions group, Winter Park Executive Women is a forum for members to network in a professional, yet informal atmosphere. On September 12, leaders from Orlando Health spoke to the group about their leadership journeys, careers and personal growth.

The panel included Kari Conley, director of community relations, Susan Ono, program manager for ORMC’s Level 1 Trauma Center, Jennifer McCarthy, chief operating officer of Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, and was moderated by Chrissie Majewski, community relations manager. The panel took a dynamic look at the different ways each of them lead within the organization, advice they’d give to their younger selves, challenges faced in the workplace and what motivates them to lead and succeed.

Thank you to those who participated on the panel for your support in the community and for your continued leadership within Orlando Health.
