Orlando Health Receives Two Awards Recognizing Employee Commitment & Engagement
Orlando, FL (April 14, 2017) – Orlando Health has been recognized for commitment to building team member relationships and reaching outstanding levels of employee engagement. The Herman Group’s Employer of Choice ® award and the Advisory Board’s Workplace of the Year award were both presented to Orlando Health for having achieved high levels of performance and employee engagement.
The Herman Group is a firm that helps organizations become an Employer of Choice® by concentrating on workplace issues regarding employee retention and organizational development. The award was presented to Orlando Health for scoring among the top of employers in areas such as organizational culture, care of people and leadership. Similarly, the Advisory Board’s Workplace of the Year award more specifically identifies hospitals and health systems that have exemplary levels of employee engagement.
Orlando Health has been a previous recipient of the Employer of Choice® award both in 2005 and 2008.
