All team members and physicians at Orlando Health are invited to participate in a presentation by Shawn Achor, author of The Happiness Advantage and the most popular lecturer at Harvard, about how happiness drives performance and success.

This presentation, a generous gift from our Foundation, is a demonstration of support for our team members and our commitment to excellence at Orlando Health.

It’s our intent that every single member of the Orlando Health team will have the privilege to see the presentation over the next several weeks through a recorded version of Shawn’s live presentation at Orlando Health last month.

This is the first step in a major effort to inspire and engage all of us as team members in our pursuit of being outstanding in our patients’ eyes. It reminds us that we have the ability to make a positive difference in their lives every day. The groundswell of excitement that seems to have reverberated throughout the organization is truly encouraging.
