Team Member and Physician Support Meetings

As David Strong shared in his message to team members and physicians, we take care of our patients and family members every day. After the tragic event that happened early Sunday morning, it is extremely important that we take care of each other as well.

We strongly encourage our team members and physicians to attend a support meeting in the ORMC Multi-Purpose Rooms. Meetings will be held every two hours, for the next 24 hours, beginning today, June 13, at 9:30 am. There will also be support available between sessions in the Multi-Purpose rooms for the next 24 hours. Additional sessions will be offered throughout this week and in coming weeks. 

It is also available to request a private meeting with one of counselors. Our Employee Assistant Program (EAP) counselors can be reached at 407.237.6352, and Spiritual Care chaplains at 321.841.5290.
