Team Members Invited to Apply for Emerging Leaders Program

The Talent Development Department is welcoming applications for the 2018 Emerging Leader program. This program is designed for team members who are interested in pursuing growth and development in their careers as a future leader at Orlando Health.
 
The program is open to both clinical and non-clinical team members and an online application is available on SWIFT. The deadline to apply is Tuesday, January 30th.
  
Are there qualifications to participate in the program?
Yes, team members must have the following:
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• Good standing in the organization
• Full-time or variable full-time status position
• One year of experience at Orlando Health
• Demonstrated attributes of leadership potential
• Not in a manager role (however, team members with the title of CANM or Foundation manager are invited to apply)
 
What does the application process involve?
• Complete an application, available on SWIFT by clicking here.
• Submit a resume and short essay (one page).
• Submit two internal recommendations (one must be from your current manager).
• Eligible applicants will be invited to participate in the interview process.

• Workshops
• Assessments
• Group discussion
• Learning activities
• Structured mentorship
 
What is the timeframe of the program?
The program runs for six months, May to October, and sessions will be held every other week on Fridays for four hours.
 
Is there a cost to the program?
There is no cost for participants in the program.
