Team Members Mailed Compensation & Benefits Statements

As a team member of Orlando Health you already know that you receive a paycheck for your work, but do you know how the benefits you receive figure into your total compensation package?

Beginning the week of February 27, team members who are paid bi-weekly will receive in the mail at their home addresses, a statement with a personalized, comprehensive overview of their total compensation package.
 
Team members who are full-time, variable full-time, part-time or pool have different benefit plan options, based on the number of hours worked. However all team members, regardless of status, are eligible to participate in the retirement savings plan with the organization matching the contributions of team members.
 
In addition to a variety of medical, dental and vision benefits, Orlando Health also offers life insurance, paid time off, an extended leave bank, disability insurance, several flex spending account options, tuition reimbursement and jury duty pay, to name a few.
