Our Programs Include:
Orange County Children's Advocacy Center - A place where professionals - doctors, nurses, social workers, police officers, school officials and others - assemble to discuss and make joint decisions regarding the assessment, advocacy and treatment of child abuse and neglect cases. Child advocates bridge the gap between assessment and treatment by providing support, advocacy and referrals.
The Child Protection Team - A multidisciplinary team of professionals who provide assessments of child abuse and neglect to the Department of Children and Families and law enforcement. Services include medical examinations and consultations, recordered forensic interviews of children, psychosocial evaluations and more.
The Healing Tree - The leading mental health treatment program for traumatized victims of child sexual assault in Central Florida, providing individual, group and family therapy sessions for children who have been sexually abused, as well as their non-offending caregivers. Individual and family therapy also provided through a new treatment model specifically designed for child victims of physical abuse and their caregivers.
The Developmental Center for Infants & Children / Early Steps - An early intervention program that provides specialized services for children up to the age of three who have or who are at risk for developmental delays and disabilities
Healthy Families Orange - A home-visitation program based on the national Healthy Families America model that prevents child maltreatment and builds healthy, positive parenting behaviors for new mothers and fathers through education, referrals and resources
Teen Xpress - A mobile healthcare unit that provides a medical home and mental health and nutrition counseling for underinsured, uninsured and at-risk adolescents at targeted schools and community settings in Orange County
