Bio
Dr. Salvador Lanza is a triple-board-certified cardiologist and president of Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute. He specializes in clinical cardiology, noninvasive cardiac imaging, fitness and prevention. With more than 40 years of experience, his expertise includes:

- Diagnostic cardiology

Dr. Lanza believes in carefully listening to his patients and offering the most current evidence-based treatments to help them make decisions about their health.

Dr. Lanza’s Training
Dr. Lanza received his medical degree from the University of Miami in Florida and completed an internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.
About Dr. Lanza
Dr. Lanza is certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases by the American Board of Internal Medicine and in nuclear cardiology by the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and American College of Physicians.
Dr. Lanza has served as a clinical associate professor in the Department of Health and Sciences at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
Outside of work, he enjoys reading, exercise and travel.
Dr. Lanza is fluent in English and Spanish.
