Eryn Lawson, APP Fellowship Co-Director

Eryn E. Lawson, PA-C, MPAS, is a senior surgical physician assistant with the Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children who has practiced as a pediatric neurosurgery PA since 2005. She is currently the Manager of Advanced Practice of the Pediatric Service Line for the Orlando Health Medical Group and took over as the Director of the Pediatric Acute Care APP Fellowship in late 2022. She has experience in pediatrics, neurosurgery, surgical intensive care unit management, trauma call, and inpatient and outpatient management of neurosurgical patients.

She is certified as a physician assistant (PA-C) by the Florida Board of Medicine. Eryn earned a Master of Science degree in physician assistant studies (MPAS) from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida.

Eryn was previously the Supervisor of Advanced Practice for Neurosciences and Surgical Services prior to accepting the role of Manager of Advanced Practice. She has served as the surgical chair of the hospital's Advanced Practice Professional Council and as a mentor to the Advanced Practice Provider Mentor Program. She is a graduate of the Orlando Health Advanced Leader Program and a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and Association of Neurosurgical Physician Assistants. In addition to English, Eryn is proficient in Spanish.

Kelli Fletcher, APP Fellowship Co-Director

Kelli Fletcher, MSN, PNP-AC, PNP-PC, is dual certified as a pediatric acute care nurse practitioner and pediatric primary care nurse practitioner. She has cared for patients in the pediatric intensive care unit at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children for the past 13 years.

In addition to serving as co-director of the Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Program, Kelli is director of the Pediatric Fundamental Critical Care Course offered through the Society of Critical Care Medicine at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies. Kelli’s clinical interests include traumatic brain injury and diabetic ketoacidosis.
