Objective
To report any incident of tendon repair failure. The secondary objective is to evaluate any post-operative re-operations or post-operative complications

Key Eligibility
This retrospective review will examine clinical results via chart review on patients who had a tendon repair after flexor tendon injury. We will evaluate clinical outcomes following this repair over the past five years (2017-2021). This study will report repair failure, reoperation, and any post-operative complications. CPT codes (26350, 26356, 26357, 26370, 26373) will be utilized to find all patients that primary investigator.
