Join us for the inaugural Orlando Health Sports Medicine Symposium, hosted by Orlando Health Orthopedic Institute.
This symposium is ideal for sports medicine physicians, internal and family medicine physicians, physical therapists, athletic trainers, as well as advanced practice providers who want to further their knowledge of sports medicine treatments.
This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

Objectives
At the end of the symposium, the learner will be able to:
· Discuss common and uncommon orthopedic sports medicine pathology and related treatment options.
· Incorporate evidence-based treatment strategies into his/her practice.
· Create a collaborative sports medicine model to improve patient outcomes.
Continuing Education Credits
Physicians: This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.™
Athletic Trainers:
APH Sports Medicine (BOC AP# P8127) is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to provide continuing education to Certified Athletic Trainers. This program is eligible for a maximum of 7.75 Category A hours.
Occupational Therapists: The Florida Board for Occupational Therapy has approved 7.0 contact hours for OT, OTA
Physical Therapists: The Florida Board for Physical Therapy has approved 8.6 contact hours for PT, PTA

Cancellations must be in writing on or before May 31, 2018 for a full refund. There will be no refunds after May 31.
