ORLANDO, Fla (January 4, 2013) – Isabella and Jayden were the most popular baby names in 2012.
Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, which consistently ranks among the top three labor and delivery hospitals nationwide, delivered 13,857 babies in 2012 and 111 were named Isabella and 90 Jayden. Other popular names were Sophia, Emma, Elijah, and Jacob.
Many of the names on the list compiled by the hospital were trendy in other parts of the country, according to Babycenter.com’s “100 Most Popular Baby Names of 2012.”
