Conference Services Upgrades to New Meeting Scheduler System
On Monday, April 24, a new software system called Condeco, will be
installed by Conference Services and used by team members to schedule meetings
throughout Orlando Health. The Condeco system which replaces Scheduler Plus,
will transfer all previously scheduled meetings into the new system.
Condeco is a global provider of office scheduling solutions and will
go live at Orlando Health at 8 am on Monday, April 24. The system lets users
book, cancel and change meetings quickly and easily, along with other
enhancements including:
- Integration with Microsoft Office/Outlook
- Streamlining the experience of booking meeting rooms
- Viewing rooms in multiple locations
After the new system installs, team members should check that their
meetings scheduled throughout the remainder of the year are verified in Condeco,
and continue to schedule meetings through the end of 2017.
