Meet the New Team Member Advisory Council

Meet the 2017 Team Member Advisory Council! The Council is a standing, once-a-month sounding board for organizational topics affecting team members. Council members are in non-management positions, both clinical and non-clinical, and meet to share suggestions and make recommendations on new programs and initiatives.

“We kicked off the new Council year last week and welcomed an outstanding group of new members,” says Krista Courtney, a facilitator of the Team Member Advisory Council. “In the coming months, we look forward to bringing many important topics and guest speakers to the Council!”

Team members on the Council were selected through an application process and will serve on the council for one year. Team members for the 42 new Council seats were selected through randomized process, with consideration given to ensure a mix of clinical and non-clinical members and representation for each site and corporate areas.

“We received an outstanding 146 applications from our team members,” says Krista. “What a positive statement about our team members’ commitment to our organization. Thank you also to the six outgoing Council members who volunteered to remain on the council for an extended term to share their experience with our new members.”
