To meet the needs of Florida’s growing Northwest Osceola county and surrounding areas, Orlando Health is building a standalone emergency room on a 28-acre campus located in Northwest Osceola County at 8011 Osceola Polk Line Road, Davenport, FL 33896.
Services
A one-story, 11,500-square-foot standalone emergency room will be provided as a service of Orlando Health Horizon West Hospital.
The healthcare campus will serve surrounding communities with the convenience of close-to-home emergency care to include:
- Up to 12 ER treatment rooms
- Helipad for air ambulance service
- Imaging services including, CT, X-ray and Ultrasound
- Laboratory

WHAT: Orlando Health has successfully completed the purchase of nearly 28 acres in northwest Osceola County.
WHEN: Orlando Health closed on the property April 30, 2019.
WHERE: The property lies immediately adjacent to the east side of I-4 along Osceola Polk Line Road with a physical address listed as 8011 Osceola Polk Line Road, Davenport, FL.
BACKGROUND:
The property is part of the larger 108-acre mixed use development project named Reunion Village. When complete, the community will feature upscale dining locations, retail and several hundred home sites.
The seller of the property was the community’s master developer, EHOF Acquisitions II, LLC.
Orlando Health is finalizing plans for the property and site clearing, grading and master infrastructure are now underway. Its location, in the bustling tourist corridor and southeast of the fast-growing Four Corners area, will make possible new healthcare options for the thousands of residents, employees and visitors in the region and, expanded future employment opportunities.
