Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital names chief operating officer

Orlando, FL (December 18, 2023) Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital has named Jessica Glover as assistant vice president and chief operating officer.

“In this role, Jessica will be responsible for the daily operations of the hospital and provide oversight for the development of high-quality and cost-effective programs and services to meet the needs of patients, physicians, and team members,” said Thibaut van Marcke, president of Orlando Health Dr. P Phillips Hospital and senior vice president of Orlando Health Southeast Region.

For the past year, Mrs. Glover served as administrator of Allied Health and Support Services at Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips. She first joined Orlando Health in 2016 as an improvement systems coach before she moved to the strategy team in 2020 where she served in multiple roles supporting Orlando Health's growth strategies. Prior to her time with Orlando Health, Mrs. Glover spent nearly 10 years working in process improvement as an industrial engineer for Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Health Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University. 

Mrs. Glover began her new role on December 1, 2023.
