Objective
The objective of this clinical trial is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of AZD8359, identify dose limiting toxicities, and determine either the maximum tolerated dose or recommended doses for expansion when given alone or in combination in participants with prostate cancer. The study also aims to optimize dosing in Part B and assess preliminary anti tumor activity of AZD8359. Together, these assessments will guide the appropriate dose and potential therapeutic benefit of AZD8359 in this patient population.
