Overview
Orlando Health Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support services have achieved the significant milestone of accreditation by the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (American Diabetes Association). Our accreditation represents a high level of quality service and care to the community, and the ability to better meet the needs of Medicare recipients and others affected by diabetes in Central Florida.
Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support Services are designed for adults with type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, as well as persons with an insulin pump and/or continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system.
