As administrator of Orlando Health — Health Central Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Fanley Romelus is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility as well as leading quality improvement initiatives that positively impact patient care and satisfaction. He contributes valuable insights, working with interdisciplinary teams that include environmental services, nutritional services, nursing and engineering, to achieve exceptional levels of performance and service quality.
Fanley joined Orlando Health in 2022, bringing with him several years of administrator experience with nursing and rehabilitation healthcare systems in Florida. Fanley earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in health services administration from the University of Central Florida in Orlando and is a certified nursing home administrator.
