South Seminole Hospital Named Best Place To Work in Healthcare
Orlando, FL (May 18, 2021) – For the second consecutive year, Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital has been selected by Modern Healthcare as one of the 2021 Best Places to Work in Healthcare. The award program identifies and recognizes outstanding employers in the healthcare industry nationwide.
“It is an honor to be recognized by Modern Healthcare as a Best Place to Work in Healthcare for the second year in a row. Every one of our team members deserves credit for this prestigious accomplishment,” says Shawn Molsberger, president of Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital. “Despite the stresses and challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, our leaders, members of the medical staff and every team member played a key role in creating and sustaining an engaging environment.”
Modern Healthcare’s selection process was based on the results of an assessment questionnaire and survey conducted in April by Best Companies Group. Randomly selected team members shared feedback about work environment, communications, job satisfaction and compensation.
The complete list of this year’s winners, in alphabetical order, is available at ModernHealthcare.com/bestplaceslist. Modern Healthcare will celebrate all finalists and announce official rankings of the top 2021 Best Places to Work online and in a special supplement to Modern Healthcare’s September 20 issue.
