Modern Healthcare Recognizes Three Orlando Health Hospitals as Best Places to Work
Orlando, FL (May 11, 2026) – Orlando Health today announced three of its hospitals have been selected as Modern Healthcare Best Places to Work 2026. Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital, Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital and Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute each earned the national distinction which recognizes positive work environments.
This marks the sixth consecutive year that at least one Orlando Health hospital has been named among Modern Healthcare's Best Places to Work, with Orlando Health St. Cloud selected for the fifth consecutive year and Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute honored for the third year in a row. Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital earned the recognition for the sixth time since 2020.
“Our three selected hospitals are among only 150 healthcare companies and organizations nationwide recognized by Modern Healthcare as best places to work,” said Colleen Harper, vice president of Human Resources. “This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a culture where team members feel valued, supported and proud of the work they do.”
Selections are based on the results of an assessment questionnaire and team member survey conducted in the spring. Orlando Health team members who were randomly selected to participate shared feedback about their work environment, communications, job satisfaction and compensation.
This fall, Modern Healthcare will feature all finalists and announce official rankings for 2026 Best Places to Work in a special supplement to the magazine.
