Coming Soon: Orlando Health ER and Medical Pavilion - Lake Mary
Location: 30-acre campus at the northwest corner of Manderley Run and Rinehart Road.
• Phase 1: Two-story, 40,000-square-foot emergency department on the first floor, provided as a service of Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital and an adjacent three-story, 60,000-square-foot medical office building. The freestanding emergency department will include up to 24 treatment rooms, a lab, an imaging department, ambulance bays and a helipad, along with parking and supporting infrastructure. The medical office building will be two floors of medical office space and one floor of ancillary services including an ambulatory surgery center, outpatient imaging, and outpatient laboratory services
• Phase 2: Plans include a hospital and other health and wellness concepts
• Opening: Fall 2019

The Lake Mary complex is one of Orlando Health’s five new emergency room/medical pavilion projects in Central Florida. The others will be located in:

Location: 20-acre campus near the junction of U.S. Highway 27 and the Florida Turnpike, in Lake County.

Location: 74-acre campus in Southwest Orange County, near State Road 429 and New Independence Parkway.
Orlando Health Emergency Room and Medical Pavilion – Four Corners
Location: West of Champions Gate in Lake County, on U.S. Highway 27, just north of Highway 192.
Orlando Health Emergency Room and Medical Pavilion – Osceola
Location: 13-acre campus at Orange Avenue and Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee.

Orlando Health Announces New Emergency Room and Medical Pavilion to Be Built in the City of Lake Mary
Lake Mary, FL (May 18, 2017) – The City of Lake Mary and Orlando Health announced today plans to bring a new emergency room and medical pavilion to the community. The $42 million, 30-acre project will be part of a medical complex located in the city of Lake Mary on the northwest corner of Manderley Run and Rinehart Road.
