Orlando Health Emergency Room – Randal Park, a service of Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, serves Lake Nona and Southeast Orlando residents with expert and compassionate care by board-certified emergency physicians and a team of highly skilled clinicians. And for severe trauma cases, immediate air transport is available from each of our ERs to Central Florida's first Level 1 Trauma Center at Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center or Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.
This is not an urgent care. Its services and care are billed at emergency department rates.

When to Visit an Emergency Room
Emergency rooms are designed to handle life- or limb-threatening conditions. Visit an emergency room if you or a loved one experience:
- Broken or dislocated bones
- Chest pain
- Deep cuts or burns
- Loss of consciousness
- Seizures
- Serious allergic reactions
- Severe trouble breathing
- Trauma injuries
