How to Apply

The Cardiovascular Diseases program participates in the National Residency Match Program (NRMP) and all applications are accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS®). If you are interested in joining our cardiovascular disease fellowship, we invite you to apply through ERAS starting July 1st. We will start reviewing applications mid-August.

  • This program does not offer J1 or H1 visa sponsorship.
  • For information about the process or to register for ERAS online, visit https://students-residents.aamc.org/training-residency-fellowship/applying-fellowships-eras/
  • For information about the Match or to register for the NRMP online, go to https://www.nrmp.org/intro-fellowship-matches/

If you are applying for cardiology fellowship in the year 2024 and are interested in our program, we will be conducting virtual interviews again this year. For interviews you will be contacted via email by our fellowship coordinator after initial selections have been made from ERAS submitted applications. Interviews take place from September to October. For further information email Melissa Pena at Melissa.Pena@orlandohealth.com.

Diversity and Inclusion

The OH Cardiology Fellowship Program is committed to promoting an inclusive environment and to increasing recruitment and support of trainees from groups underrepresented in medicine. We welcome and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds, as this broadens and enriches the educational experience for all our faculty and trainees.
