The Orlando Health Digestive Health Institute serves as an educational center of excellence for physicians around the globe. The integration of advanced audiovisual technology allows us to offer live transmission of procedures to a global physician audience along with high-quality, video-based educational materials. Our physicians offer a monthly journal club centered around synopses of topical offerings from select studies, as well as open access journal articles from PubMed.

We are pleased to present this Florida Live Endoscopy Educational Video outlining the role of the Pentax slim duodenoscope in the practice of ERCP. Tight duodenal strictures can preclude duodenoscope passage and thereby warrant need for percutaneous or EUS-guided biliary drainage which may be associated with additional attendant risks and costs. This educational video outlines the indispensability of the Pentax slim duodenoscope in management of this complex patient cohort.
