The Infusion Center at Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips is dedicated to the highest level of service and clinical care so that patients can heal as quickly as possible and resume their normal lives. Our experienced team is specialized in the administration and care of IV and injectable medications. We administer non-oncology infusions and therapy plans.

For Your Comfort

Our center is designed for you, the patient. We utilize only the best medical equipment, and your comfort is our top priority. We provide private bays with recliners, cable TV, Wi-Fi, pillows and warm blankets for your convenience while receiving your treatment. You also may wish to bring music and headphones, a personal electronic device or a book to help pass the time.

Preparing for Your Visit

1. Be sure to bring your photo ID and insurance card to each visit.
2. Only two visitors may accompany a patient. If a visitor is a minor, a second adult must be present.
3. Once you arrive, check in at the Infusion Center front desk. Appointments can be viewed in MyChart®.
4. Please wear clothing that allows for easy access to start an IV or access a central line (PICC or port).
5. You may eat and drink and take your medications as usual, unless directed otherwise by your physician. Being hydrated is an important part of your therapy. Our center can provide box meals and snacks. You also may bring your own food or beverages to your appointment.
6. Call the center and your physician immediately if you are having any symptoms of illness. Infusions and transfusions may not be done when experiencing certain symptoms.
