An ATM machine is located in the vending area on the first floor, just outside the cafeteria.

The bus stop is across the street from the Dr. P. Phillips Hospital main entrance driveway.

The cafeteria is located on the first floor and offers a variety of hot entrées, sandwiches, a soup and salad bar, pizza, desserts, and beverages. The hours of operation are 6:30am-11:00pm. Breakfast is available 6:30am-10:00am.

Our chapel is open to anyone seeking solace through prayers and meditation. The Chapel is located on the first floor, just off the main lobby. Chaplains are available 24 hours a day for patients, families, and staff of Orlando Health.

Our Guest Services team members are located throughout the hospital and are available to assist patients, their families, and hospital team members. For the comfort and convenience of our guests, a Guest Services representative is available daily from 5:00am-9:00pm at the Main Entrance, and 24/7 in the Emergency Department.

Pharmacy The Orlando Health Scripts Pharmacy is open to the public. Located on the first floor of Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, the pharmacy is able to fill prescriptions and carries over-the-counter products available for purchase. Most major insurance plans and credit cards are accepted.

Hours of operation are: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Dr. P. Phillips Hospital is also home to the Cynthia C. and William E. Perry Pavilion. Dr. P. Phillips Hospital has the unique mission of meeting the medical needs of travelers from around the country and the world, and the Perry Pavilion provides comfortable and accessible overnight lodging for the family members of patients from outside the Orlando area. The two-story hospitality home features 12 private guest rooms, a family gathering room, resource center, laundry facility and children’s play area.

Vending machines are located on the first floor in the Emergency Department. There are also vending machines located by Tower B and on the second floor of Tower A.

Visitors are an important part of the healing process, and family members and friends are encouraged to visit. The hours for visitation in the inpatient units are from 6:00am to 9:00pm. There is no restriction on visitation hours in the Emergency Department. After 9:00pm, all Visitors will be redirected to the emergency department for entry.

Patients are allowed up to two visitors, depending upon clinical condition or treatment in progress. Additional visitors may wait in the waiting area or general areas of the facility. One minor may accompany an adult as the second visitor unless the clinical condition of the patient or treatments in progress are not appropriate for a minor to be present as determined by the clinical team.
