Interpreter Services
Telephone interpreter services are available free to patients who do not understand English, either verbally or in writing. A nurse or registrar will obtain these services for you.

Financial Assistance Program
In an effort to meet the community’s healthcare needs, financial assistance is available to patients/guarantors (person that is financially responsible) who have limited or no resources to pay for emergency or medically necessary services provided at an Orlando Health facility. The Orlando Health financial assistance program is responsive to the needs of the community, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, race and ethnic background.
Our Policies
Orlando Health Melbourne Hospital adheres to the appropriate use of hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette, and personal protective equipment (such as face coverings) in accordance with State Law to protect our patients, staff, and visitors from transmission of infection.
Request for Birth Certificates
Orlando Health Melbourne Hospital does not issue birth certificates. Please go to Florida Department of Health’s Bureau of Vital Statistics to request a copy of your Florida Birth Certificate. Birth | Florida Department of Health (floridahealth.gov).

Medical Records
We prioritize your privacy and confidentiality. The quickest way to access your medical records is through the hospital’s patient portal called StewardCONNECT. Find instructions on accessing the patient portal here. Patients also can request copies of their medical records via fax (215-434-7295) or email.
