As well as the salary and insurance benefits of being an APP Fellow, participation in the Fellowship carries significantly more “nonmeasurable” benefits. This Fellowship will provide a significant step-up in your career transition into becoming a primary care APP. It will provide significant experience, training, and development of skills and knowledge that will carry through your entire career. It will also provide opportunities for networking and exposure, which otherwise would be hard to replicate. If the Fellow decides to stay with Orlando Health after successful completion of the program, the Fellowship effectively becomes a one-year on-boarding process, spring boarding your transition into a successful practice.
