Join Orlando Health, one of the busiest Level One Trauma Centers in the United States. As a trauma and surgery PA fellow, you will continue your clinical education with on-the-job training in surgery/trauma and surgical critical care while also developing your knowledge in various surgical disciplines. Fellows will become proficient in pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative care.
The Trauma and Surgery PA Fellowship prepares postgraduates to develop keen clinical judgement and technical skills while caring for chronically and acutely ill trauma and surgical patients. Throughout your rotations you will obtain clinical and didactic knowledge in a concentrated and structured format that would takes years to obtain while on the job. Orlando Health is a teaching facility and as a participant within the postgraduate PA fellowship program, you will be working closely with not only physicians and advanced practice providers but also with physician residents.
