Orlando Health Network

Since January 2013, Orlando Health has focused on clinical integration of high-performing physicians while delivering quality services across Central Florida. Through the Orlando Health Network (OHN), our clinically integrated network, we are able to include community physicians on this value-based care journey. OHN has grown to include over 2,500 employed and community affiliated physicians with nearly 300 primary care locations. The network has successfully generated more than $88 million in savings to payers and employers, with $53 million passing through as incentive payments for participating providers.

Orlando Health Network is responsible for managing the care of approximately 200,000 covered lives in value-based contracts across 8 populations: Aetna, Avmed, Cigna, Disney, Florida Blue, Medicare, Orlando Health Team Members, and United. These offerings now include the largest Florida Blue Accountable Care Organization (ACO) in the State and the second largest Cigna ACO in the nation. Our network ACOs are among the best in their local, regional, and national cohorts for quality performance and cost containment. To improve quality the OHN monitors patients who may not have had preventative screenings such as breast cancer exams, colorectal cancer exams, and diabetes bloodwork. These opportunities are referred to as care gaps. More than 78,500 care gaps were closed last year. OHN is the largest, most established, and highest performing network in the Region.

Orlando Health Disney

In 2018, the Orlando Health Network launched the largest direct-to-employer arrangement in the country with Disney Worldwide Services covering more than half of the employer’s HMO lives. Through the partnership with Disney, OHN will be providing action-oriented data paired with resources that can help drive population health initiatives and office efficiencies. The high value physician network is a key part of delivering a high performing healthcare product for Disney cast members. We are committed to creating true provider partnerships to accomplish the common goal of superior patient care and improving the health of the communities they serve.  For more information, or to find an OHN Disney physician please visit our site Orlando Health Disney.

Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement (CJR) Program

Orlando Health will be participating in a Medicare bundled payment initiative known as the Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement (CJR) model. CJR aims to promote quality and financial accountability for care surrounding Lower Extremity Joint Replacement (LEJR) procedures, commonly referred to as hip and knee replacements. Orlando Health’s CJR Collaborator selection criteria can be found here.
