Orlando Health Emergency Room – Reunion Village, a service of Orlando Health Horizon West Hospital, serves northwest Osceola County residents with expert and compassionate care from board-certified emergency physicians and a team of expertly skilled clinicians.

Our 1-story, 11,500-square-foot standalone emergency room features 12 patient rooms and provides state-of-the-art services, technologies and care for all members of your family – from infants and children to teens and adults – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Pediatric care at our ER is supported by Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.

The stand-alone emergency room also includes a lab, an imaging department, ambulance bays and a helipad.

For severe trauma cases or those needing a higher level of care, immediate transport by air or ambulance is available from each of our ERs to Central Florida’s only Level One Trauma Center at Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center or Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.

Services

The healthcare campus serves the surrounding communities with the convenience of close-to-home emergency care to include:

  • Up to 12 ER treatment rooms
  • Helipad for air ambulance service
  • Imaging services including, CT, X-ray and Ultrasound
  • Laboratory

This emergency department is not an urgent care center. It is part of Orlando Health Horizon West Hospital, and its services and care are billed at hospital emergency department rates.
